Attend the IRA Advanced Issues Seminar from the convenience of your own office via Live Streaming Video as it happens on August 25th (9:00 am – 4:00 pm Central Time), or at your own convenience with 6 months of OnDemand playback.
What a wild ride these last 2 years have been!! New laws became effective January 1, 2020 under the SECURE Act. Then more new temporary rules were in initiated in March 2020 as part of the CARES Act due to Covid. While most of the CARES Act has expired, we will still be dealing with “repayments” of IRA Covid-Related Distributions (CRDs) taken in 2020 for the next 2 years. It’s all about the coding and reporting on these complicated issues, so you have to get it right!
In this IRA Advanced Update, we will summarize the changes and then actually get into the nitty gritty of new distribution regulations to owners and beneficiaries - what stays the same and what changes? How do we disclose all these changes to our customers?
Each participant will receive an electronic version of the latest 275-page 2021-2022 IRA Training and Reference Manual – “The Red Book”.
This is day two of a two day seminar. Each day can be purchased independently but for the most comprehensive understanding of the issues from A-Z, attending both days is recommended. Whether you attend Day 1 or Day 2, you will receive the full IRA manual. The same manual is used for both days of training.
